Using verizon phone in europe?

I just called verizon and to use my blackberry it’s about $2/min which can then be reduced using a global plan to 1.49/min. Still this is pretty pricey. Does anyone know if there’s a cheaper way, maybe using a global sim card purchased there? I’m going to Greece & Italy (cruise).

Can I use my Motorola Q Global 3G sim card in an iphone 3g that I buy from ebay?

Okay I am thinking about buying an iphone 3g from ebay. I currently have a Motorola Q global and a 3g sim card. If I bought one from ebay, would I just be able to pop in my sim card and go. I am doing this so i can avoid the data plan because I dont use the inter net on my phone. I would jailbreak the phone. I am on At&t. So if i bought the iphone 3g off ebay, when I got it in what would I have to do to use it: just pop in my sim card and go? Or what? When i plug it up to itunes would I have to get the data plan or could I get pass that? Thanks for the answers that yall give me! I really need help because once I know that I can get past it I am going to buy it!
What will the iphone say if it is unlocked and I plug it up to itunes the first time? Will it ask me to get the data plan?

My Moto Q Global won’t read my micro sd card?

I just got a moto q global last friday and I am pretty new to the whole smartphone thing. However, whenever I put in my 128 mb san disk micro sd card into the phone it would say error no storage card found. I would really like this to be fixed. Since I got this phone 3 days ago, should I just return the phone because it is within 30 days. Is there something I can do to fix it? Should I just go ahead and get a Kingston card or get a card with more memory?

Some how i was able to find the address and alllll the details of this fraud company. They took $250 from my credit card telling me that they will issue a shopping card which they never sent. But somehow i was able to get hold of them..along with their phone numbers and other office locations. Now the are telling they will refund the money by sending the cheque. They are telling that the cheque will reach me next week.

Is it believeable? What is the best way to get the money back.

I got the full details of A Fraud Company Global USI. What Next?

Actually i was cheated by this Fraud company Global USI, telling they will issue a shopping card.Some how i was able to find the address and alllll the details of this fraud company. Now the are telling they will refund the money by sending the cheque. They are telling that the cheque will reach me next week.

my boyfriend is in a county jail. my phone company doesnt allow collect calls. is it possible to buy a calling card and give him the number so he can call. i know that the collect call service they try to get you to commit to is global tel-link. i heard they’re a bunch of crooks anyways.

Global Credit Card / Debt Management Service – Companies Doing Fraud?

I am constantly being called by two companies, Global Credit Card and Debt Management Service, these two companies constantly ring me and offer me Credit Cards solutions to help me get out of debt. Now when I wish to enquire about the company, such as the name of the person that I am speaking to, where they are based, a website, a contact telephone number I am told that they do not need to give me that information. Now I don’t know about you guys if you are getting the same kind of nuisance as me but I really want to get these guys caught. Last time I was sucked in, I was offered a pre approved £4000 credit card, when with my credit history I can’t even get a £1000 credit card. So I ask them how can they approve me already, how do they know my details on how they can approve me, I get the response that I am chosen from a selected few to receive this 5 year anniversary offer. Okay so basically I was told that with £2 I can have the pack sent out to me, so I thought why not see what they can offer me, soon as I gave them my details I had £12 taken out of my account. Now the only bit of information that I was given about the company is that they’re on Cleveland Road in London I wouldn’t take that information 100% accurate. They also interrogate you to pay a monthly fee to charity where the person will tell you that you don’t have to contribute, I didn’t want to contribute but this conversation went on for about 20 minutes on the phone as to why I don’t want to pay them and all I got was the vibe that I’m not going anywhere until you pay us the amount.

If you refuse to speak to them once, they will ring you back.

If you offered them your details and they took extra money out and you can’t do nothing about it well they will ring you back under a different company name.

Global Credit Card & Debt Management Services are FRAUD companies.

I repeat they are companies who are doing fraud. Do not give them any information, slowly, slowly they will build up the details of your home, email, work history. With this information they can do anything. Immediately if you think you have been effected change your card, call the report it missing or stolen line at the back of the card and check your statements.

If anything the name of the company will appear on your statement under this name CALLEMATICS LTD. The address for the company is CALLEMATICS LIMITED, 74 Cleveland Street, LONDON, W1T 6NA. But I fear this will only be the name of the company which provides its call centre information
