International calling card for cell phone or country?

I have a friend that moved to Georgia. She has been given a cell phone with a Georgia country code. I’m looking for an international calling card online to call her, but I came across two different options. There’s calling cards that have low rates from USA to Georgia, but then there’s the option for USA to Georgia Cellular, which is a much higher rate.

Here’s the two pages;

Georgia:

Georgia Cellular:

If I get the Georgia one instead of Georgia cellular, would the card still work if I’m calling her cell phone?

Used up all my anytime minutes on my cell phone, anyone know where to get free phonecard minutes for landline?

I need free phone card minutes for use with a landline or payphone? Does anyone know where I can get some that are sent to my email instantly? I’m already a member with PhoneHog, they give you minutes just for signing up to free offers etc., but they usually don’t credit the minutes until a full 24 hours or longer and I need a few minutes today! I just found a couple of websites that say that they will give you a few minutes free just for registering for free but I don’t know if there is a “catch” somewhere. Anyone know where I can get a phone card with just a few free minutes on it where there is no “catch”? P.S. The sites I found were www.PhoneShark.com and www.callingcards.com

Cheapest way to call Dominican Republic?

What’s the cheapest way to call the Dominican Republic? The person I’m calling doesn’t have a PC.
I’ve also heard of services in DR where you can call Puerto RIco and the US unlimited for a monthly fee. Anyone heard of that?
I’ve been using callingcards.com, but the call quality stinks.

Thanks.
www.callingcards.com is 5 cents a minute. Is there anything cheaper than that? The downside is that the quality isn’ that good.

What is the best international calling card I can use to call a Japanese cell phone from the US?

I want to call someone in Japan except they only use a cell phone and I can’t seem to find any good calling cards. I’m thinking about using callingcards.com but if I can find a better deal then there ($10 for 125mintues is the lowest I’m finding) then that would be fantastic. Does anyone know where I can find one or other websites that offer a better deal?

I’m living in West Virginia if that helps any.
